Fueled is an 8-week program that helps teen athletes:

This program is designed to fit into your daughter’s life — not add more pressure.
Inside Fueled, she’ll have access to:
✔︎Simple, easy-to-follow lessons she can move through on her own schedule
✔︎ Bi-weekly group calls for support, guidance, and connection (with flexibility for busy schedules)
✔︎ A small, supportive group of 6–8 athletes who understand what she’s going through
✔︎ Tools she can use in real life — before practice, after games, and in everyday moments
