"I remember hearing from Courtney, “If you just eat whole real foods that will get you your results". But I thought to myself, it can’t be THAT simple. You mean if I quit buying and drinking pop and eating processed food, less pasta, that's enough?

 

I decided to give it a try and started tracking my macros. What I learned was the awareness of food and noticed which meals were extremely unbalanced. I also learned how to plate my food using my hand. So simple, I didnt believe it. I thought if it's this simple why have I not heard this before or anyone do it??

 

After getting an understanding of food and nutrition, I have now stopped tracking. I now understand what my body needs, how to fuel it, and am just eating real foods and exercising to my best effort. I feel so much stronger and confident!"
